SHOULD WE TRUST THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF
CHINA
China is a LIBRA COUNTRY with the SUN, MERCURY, and NEPTUNE in LIBRA.
But how can this be? Isn't the sign of LIBRA suppose to be NICE, CHARMING, PASSIVE/AGGRESSIVE, and not wanting to CAUSE WAVES or OFFEND ANYONE?
AAHH! This is what causes people to fall "OFF GUARD"
Libra is the sign of the SCALES, and she is in a state of CONSTANT BALANCING-and that's the "trick" in understanding the Psychology of LIBRA; it is in a constant FLUX of BALANCING, this is why Libra is indecisive (in it's head, it is constantly BALANCING...)
But BALANCING FROM WHAT? (you may ask)
RIGHTFUL ACTION. What comes so easily to other signs (like VIRGO and CAPRICORN, or TAURUS, all of which are EARTH SIGNS, and therefore GROUNDING ENERGIES), Libra, Gemini, and Aquarius (which are AIR SIGNS, and LEAST GROUNDING, because air is "all over the place"), have difficulty (especially Gemini) in "solidifying and grounding" their objectives-especially if they don't visualize it first...
All AIR SIGNS must "visualize" OUTCOMES of whatever it is they want. The problem is that LIBRA, as well as her other sisters, GEMINI AND AQUARIUS, can "see" or "visualize" every angle of any situation.
In OCCULT PHYLOSOPHY, the AIR SIGNS are the HIGHEST ELEVATION of THOUGHT CREATION, and therefore, manifestation.
The most INFERIOR, paradoxically, is EARTH (because of its LOW ENERGY VIBRATION AND FREQUENCY; OR DENSE MATTER)
So why does CHINA, a LIBRA COUNTRY, have such a VIOLENT HISTORY with its neighbors?
The 8th HOUSE belongs to SCORPIO. And that's the "Achille's Heel"
China is a Libra country with a STRONG SCORPIO SIGNATURE.
Many of the PLANETS in CHINA'S HORORSCOPE are in the 8th HOUSE!
On November 16th, 2002 the MOON was in its LAST QUARTER, which in OCCULT PHYLOSOPHY corresponds to DESTRUCTION.
The MOON is in ARIES opposing the SUN, MERCURY, AND NEPTUNE in the 8th HOUSE of FINANCE, THE GLOBAL MARKETS, and BUSINESS.
On that day, the Chinese Market plummetted affecting all other major world markets. Whether or not this was by design is still being researched. But clearly the Markets were affected and many chinese stocks got a HARD HIT.
But, this aspect, although interesting and very "telling", doesn't qualify to explain the S.A.R.S. outbreak.
What IS interesting were the TRANSITS of the PLANETS that day; particularly the planet NEPTUNE traversing THE ASCENDANT.
NEPTUNE rules gases, vapors, mists, fogs, clouds, convection and condensation of 'water', LIQUIDS AND FLUIDS
The S.A.R.S. attack on the Public was through the AIR VENTS, and the open atmosphere. The biological pathogen was TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE AGENCY OF A GAS IN THE UNDERGROUND SUBWAYS IN WHICH PEOPLE HAD NO CHANCE OF ESCAPING FROM.
In Nazi Germany, the GAS CHAMBER in CONCENTRATION CAMPS killed MILLIONS.
In 1940 through 1949, NEPTUNE was TRAVERSING THE ASCENDANT OF GERMANY.
In individual birth charts, those who have committed SUICIDE BY GAS, HAD NEPTUNE TRAVERSING THEIR ASCENDANTS OR THEIR MIDHEAVEN
This ALONE satisfies the signature that this EVENT was in fact REAL but the circumstances which precipitated the events might be held to "question" (and this also is very Neptune!).
The FIXED STARS, interestingly enough, were quite benevolent (with the exception of ALGOL, a most deamonic and violent STAR. Adolph Hitler was said to have had this STAR rising at birth)
This, in fact, is very telling of the OUTCOME OF THE S.A.R.S OUTBREAK.
It seems the "GODS" were on the side of the Chinese and Japanese People.
The FIXED STAR of WEGA is a mysterious star which the ANCIENTS have "projected" to it the "Mysteries". The "secret" doctrine. Robson, Ebertin and Brady, seem to all agree that the star is associated with magical, mysterious "spells" and charm casting, deamonic beauty, and suprasensory magic.
This is beginning to lend CREDIBILITY to the notion that a fanatical, religious cult leader was truly involved in setting these events off afterall.
One problem, thou. The STAR forms no PARAN RELATIONSHIP with any PLANET, but a conjunction to VENUS in SCORPIO.
The STAR of ARCTURUS (one of the Royal Stars of Persia, as was considered in the ancient Pre Helenistic World), also forms NO PARAN RELATIONSHIP, and also conjuncts VENUS in SCORPIO.
These two STARS seem to speak more for the cult leader than the consequences sorrounding the S.A.R.S event. Both WEGA and ALDEBARAN suggest great magical charisma and charm (which on many accounts, people did confess to admit that this figure had an enigmatic, magical "hold" on his followers-enough that they would do his every bidding).
Cult Leader, Murderer, Jim Jones (Jonestown) had the STAR RISING AT BIRTH while his PLUTO SET.
He caused over 800 people to committ suicide by drinking cyanide poison in a red coolaid punch. Those that refused were killed horribly-including his guards and staff. He also had NEPTUNE ON THE ASCENDANT!
Both STARS have CURTAILED PASSAGE, thus worsening the consequences of their mythologies.
But the S.A.R.S. case came and went (thank God!). But how can this be explained?
Most other astrologers dismiss this study because it is not, according to them, to be obeying the rules of FIXED STAR delineation and synthesis.
Fine, I'll go with that, but I still keep an "eye" on this conjunction. I see it as, mythologically speaking, the SENTRY PROTECTING THE CHINESE PEOPLE (ARCTURUS), and the people's response to a charismatic, but diabolical (WEGA) figure; Whose disruptive, political
agenda was short lived. He was seeking riches and fame and honor, and, I guess, one can say that he, in fact, did achieve this notoriety (consequence of curtailed passage), but this temporary 'spotlight' was short lived (ALDEBARAN).
The following FIXED STARS were present on November 16th, 2002 in the Province of Guangdong; Foshan City, China at terrestial and longitudinal lattitudes of 122-123E of Greenwich Mean Time and 40'2.0'27N -41'34'09 (if you recall, the Chinese rendition of 'Thriller' by Micheal Jackson, in which people were dancing the' thriller' song and doing the dance moves as the late Micheal Jackson did, was in Foshan Square in Foshan City)
According to sources, a Japanese religious radical or fanatic, Choko Hussa Nara, believed the signs of the Book of Relevation (or the Acopalypse) was being fulfilled by the events happening around the world. And, as a result, S.A.R.S. was somehow released to the open public-resulting in death, and injury to thousands (not hundreds like they reported) of Japanese Citizens and visitors traveling to the region. The incident was blamed on this figure by both Chinese and later, Japanese authorities.
Remember this saying that we have in AMERICA: "Believe NOTHING of what you HEAR and only HALF of what you SEE and READ".
This is ESPECIALLY true in these "END OF DAYS" (as far as how we are living).
Having said this, it is difficult to assess what really happened that fateful day. It may be a situation that may have been plotted on purpose to distract the public ("wag the dog"), while something "else" really was going on, but one NEVER KNOWS.
It is very interesting what the FIXED STARS have to "tell"
Now, the interpretation of these STARS will be rather different than how we interpret FIXED STARS in the WEST.
China (as well as Japan) has her own systematology of how to view and interpret FIXED STARS, and it is THEIR FRAME of reference that we will use (which goes in accordance to their Culture and Customs).
In order to interpret the events which took place on November 16th, 2002, and make LOGICAL sense of what happened, we need A THREE STEP APPROACH:
A. what STARS were ACTIVE on that day (and by active, we mean, did they create a PARAN RELATIONSHIP to the PLANETS, particularly the OUTER PLANETS).
B. What Phase was the MOON in and in what SIGN and HOUSE?
C. What were the OTHER PLANETS doing on that day, as far as ASPECTS and TRANSITS are concerned? (an ephemeris will be needed for this)
D. And lastly, what does China's horoscope reveal concerning this event? (either by solar arc or secondary progressions).

But first, a little history about the chinese people: and this can be put in a single phrase; "The Chinese, throughout history, have been known to TAKE BY FORCE, SUBJUGATE, AND/OR RUTHLESSLY ELIMINATE
"RACES" AND "WHOLE GENERATIONS" OF PEOPLE.
China also has a very long and rich FEUDAL HISTORY that extends back to the CHEN DYNASTY (in which the name "China" is derived from; and that "social psychology" is still very prevalent in Chinese society today (especially in rural China-outside of the main cities).
Want proof? Google Tibet, or google, Taiwan, or CONQUERING CHINA, A CHRONOLOGICAL HISTORY, OR write to the HISTORY CHANNEL, or research in Libraries at both university settings and government institutions; the information is there, I assure you.
And, before we talk about S.A.R.S and China's horoscope, a word or two about China's Earthquakes:
In Chihli, China suffered an earthquake which rocked that country to its core; causing over 100,000 deaths (probably a 'modest' number). It occurred in the 27th of September, 1290AD.
According to Chinese Cosmology, the constellations and/or signs of the zodiac serve as "guideposts", "warnings", "omens", and KARMIC consequences "from the Gods" that are assigned to protect the country and its interests.
Japan also shares in this cultural philosophy-pretty much the same way we hold our own God(s) responsible for our sustenance-including financial (just think of the U.S. currency, and the phrase "In God we Trust" written on it, or the "third eye" in a pyramid, or the obelisk in Washington D.C. where the top of the obelisk spells in latin "praise God", the list can go on and on). This particular obelisk, however is from the African Continent.
If the Chinese People, according to their mythologies, offend the Gods in any way, natural disasters will be the principle agent in keeping its people in "check" or demanding retribution.
I don't know what anthropologists or Historians have to say about the spiritual consequences of a people who experience horrible tragedies due to natural disasters-which seem, to the casual observer, to be somewhat "punitive" or at the very least, "inspired" by cosmic forces.
Not a WORD is commented about this-in the West. This particular obelisk belongs to Argentina; in the capital city of BUENOS AIRES...
On September 28th the FIXED STAR of ALPHECCA (associated with speed, freedom, and the love of movement) rose as PLUTO set.
FIXED STAR ARCTURUS, a royal star whose principle, if violated, will reverse the fortunes and success the star promises, also set.
And the FIXED STAR of SPICA , found in the constellation of VIRGO (associated with work ethics and principles, cardinal virtues, and industry) also set. As with Alphecca, if these virtues are violated, the reversal of the STAR can be quite catastrophic. I don't know what was happening with the people of Chilhi, China, but 100,000 deaths is quite significant!
China has had over 1000 earthquakes which has killed hundreds of thousands of people (and there is a KARMIC REASON for this, for sure...)
